Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
• Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, such as:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if stated as final sale)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team at admin@primesmartstore.com or through our online return form.
2. Please provide your order number and details of the item you’d like to return.
3. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, with missing parts, or returned beyond 14 days). A restocking fee, usually 10%, may be apply to our discretion

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please reach out to our Customer Service team.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card provider, as processing may take additional time.
• If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@primesmartstore.com.
